Meet the Team
We have been in business for more than 20 years and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. Since 2012, we have been active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.
Christine “Chris” Savoie has been the Property Manager since 2012. She oversees operations in all of our offices, ensuring owners are receiving the same high-level service from one office to the next. Chris has a long history in Real Estate in the Fort Hood area starting in 2002 as a licensed assistant/office manager for a National Top Producer. She refined her multi-tasking & problem-solving skills in trying to get buyers and sellers to closing with minimal challenges. After a brief time away with her husband and the Army, she landed in our Property Management Division and has further honed her skills and implemented many of our benefit programs for our owners and tenants, as well as heading most of our large scale company-wide projects.
In addition to her feats with Trustmark, she is a leader with NARPM(R) having served on the board and as President of multiple chapters. She is one of the distinct few who hold the coveted Master PRoperty Manager designation from NARPM(R). She was also awarded the Commitment to Excellence award by ERA in 2017 for her dedication to the company, team player attitude and unfailingly striving for excellence.
Chris and her family re-settled in the Central Texas when her husband Matt, retired from the Army after 26 years of service. When she is away from the office she enjoys watching her youngest (of 2) son play ice hockey (yes, in Central Texas) and travelling and enjoying time with the family.
Jasmine was raised in a military family and in several military communities. Having moved over 10 times, herself, she can relate to the stresses of constant moves. She takes pleasure in easing the stress for her clients and lifting any burden she can by helping them through every stage of the property management process. Throughout her years in the property management business, she has found that everyone has a unique life story and unique needs. She loves meeting people and being involved in the life stories they share.
